This site is dedicated to the memory of Thadeusch Vogl, who dedicated many years to its construction. His efforts are reflected in the many new Tiger and Panther illustrations found here, produced over decades of painstaking research and attention to detail. He will be sadly missed but his life's work will remain available here as a resource to all.

This site covers information on Tiger Tank 181. Technical information is gathered from manuals D 565/21, D 656/22, D656/24, D656/30 and D 9023/1, and photographic records. To date we have Panther A&D fully illustrated . All Technical drawings and Illustrations are prepared in house. Care is taken to provide accurate Illustrations from existing plans. A comprehensive collection of Plans, Internal Photographs and full text is available in English and German on a CDs.

The intention of this site is to offer information, without boring details and inaccurate drawings. It is our opinion that there are too many publications offering 99% of external photographs, and do not provide detailed drawings, which are better than a chapter of words. On average, it takes about two years of almost full time work to complete an Illustrated Manual.
